Garlic Prawns

A tasty, easy garlic prawn recipe. My family loves it.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ΒΌ cup white wine
  • 1 kg green prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  • Place oil, garlic, pepper and wine in a bowl.
  • Add prawns and stir to coat.
  • Heat butter in non-stick frying pan.
  • Add prawns and cook over high heat for about 4-5 minutes or until prawns are white.

Notes

  • Serve with rice or a simple salad.
