A tasty, easy garlic prawn recipe. My family loves it.
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup white wine
- 1 kg green prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Black pepper, to taste
- Place oil, garlic, pepper and wine in a bowl.
- Add prawns and stir to coat.
- Heat butter in non-stick frying pan.
- Add prawns and cook over high heat for about 4-5 minutes or until prawns are white.
- Serve with rice or a simple salad.
